Kathy P. had an excellent stay | September 2019
“Our second stay at The Queen Victoria was as excellent as our first. Attentive staff, clean, Victorian rooms, nice amenities, and great breakfast. The close proximity to the beach and Washington Mall makes it a great location in Cape May. Amenities such as beach chairs, towels, bikes, afternoon tea, make it easier to enjoy a beach vacation.”
Cheryl O agrees we’re the best B&B in Cape May | September 2019
“We have been staying at the fabulous Queen Victoria for many years. Each time surpasses the last. Every room is beautifully decorated. The accommodations are perfect and breakfast is fabulous. It is centrally located which means walking distance to shops and restaurants and most importantly, the beach. However it just far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The staff is so accommodating and thoroughly knowledgeable on Cape May happenings. The only place to stay in Cape May is the fabulous Queen Victoria!!!”
Sondra A asks, what an amazing Bed & Breakfast?! | August 2019
“We visit Cape May every summer. This was our first time staying at The Queen Victoria. It was simply amazing we visit Cape May every summer. This was our first time staying at The Queen Victoria. Mairbo finds The Queen Victoria absolutely charming | August 2019
“Our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and I have to say they have set a very high bar. The attention to detail just blew us away. The staff was friendly and so attentive. Breakfast was always a delight. The extras: bikes, beach chairs, towels, tea! I fear any future stays in another b&b will result in comparisons that begin with “but this one doesn’t ….” Can’t wait to plan our next trip to Cape May and the Queen.”
Windviewer1 says we’re the perfect B&B | August 2019
“With so many choices of B&Bs and hotels in Cape May it wasn’t easy to choose accommodations for our stay in July. However, we were not disappointed with our decision to stay at The Queen Victoria. The location is ideal – just off the Washington Street mall and only a couple of blocks from the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance and bikes are available for guests to use on the quiet shaded streets adjacent to the inn. The Queen Victoria is actually 4 separate period buildings that have an overall British theme and appearance. Each room is designated with a different British name (ours was Charing Cross). We were delighted to discover that it was a suite and not just one bedroom with a bath. The bathroom, however, had been completely redone and was very convenient with a walk-in shower. All of our rooms and the public rooms as well were clean and serviced by maids while we were at breakfast in the morning. Breakfasts were everything the advertising claimed. Delicious and different every day. Guests have the choice of dining in, on the front porch or at tables at ground level near the garden. The owners and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our three-night stay. We would gladly return and recommend it highly to others.”

“Never having visited Cape May, my friend and I both agree, The Queen Victoria bed and breakfast became the centerpiece of a wonderful experience! From the time we stepped onto the property we were treated like queens ourselves. A painter came down from his roost to carry our luggage, Doug, the owner wrote a list of his favorite restaurants and had it left in our room, Anna, his wife welcomed us personally and shared a book of current Cape May happenings. The guests were mostly returning making the atmosphere homey yet made refined thanks to the meticulous efforts of the staff. The amazing breakfast and perfect afternoon tea brought it all together. Only expect to pay for one meal during your stay. We look forward to returning!”
Please join us this fall – or any time of year – to enjoy beautiful Cape May. We’re always happy to assist you and look forward to making your stay a memorable one. On to lucky number 13.
