Cape May Restaurant Week
Delicious Restaurants in Cape May, NJ
Published on May 15, 2015
We don’t want to sound like a broken record but Cape May truly has fantastic dining establishments and a great week to experience as many as you can is approaching. The annual Cape May Restaurant Week runs May 31 – June 7 in 2015 and if you enjoy sensational food as much as Anna Marie and I do, you won’t want to miss it.
We’re not known as the culinary capital of New Jersey for nothing and Cape May Restaurant Week features a variety of culinary options with the opportunity to dine over lunch or dinner. A few of Anna Marie’s and my favorite restaurantsare included in the participating establishments so you might see us at the restaurant with you!
The founding idea behind Cape May Restaurant Week is to showcase our city’s great dining at an affordable price. All of the restaurants offer a prix fixe menu and lunch is $15 and then there are restaurants offering a $25 dinner menu or $35. You can try casual dining or be wined and dined at our formal restaurants, after picking up an excellent bottle at Collier’s Liquor Store, and taking it with you for your dinner reservation. In case you weren’t aware, many Cape May restaurants allow outside beverages and we’d be happy to make some recommendations depending on where your reservation is.
Lunch is a two-course menu and you may select either an appetizer and entrée or an entrée and dessert. Dinner is a three-course meal that includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. We just hope you won’t skip out on our breakfast spread in the morning!
If you’re overwhelmed with selecting a few choice restaurants, we’d be happy to help you out and provide advice on where to dine. We’d also be happy to help you find the perfect room for your Cape May getaway during Cape May Restaurant Week!
