This was our first time to Cape May & after reading the reviews, decided that it would be the perfect place to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary and it truly was. Not only is it in the perfect location, a block from the beach in the historic district but the attention to detail is what impressed us the most. There was a card on the bed with a photo of the Hotel and our names congratulated us, flowers in the toilet bowl, chocolate coins on the bed at night and even a ziplock bag to take home the wonderful soap. There are free beach chairs, towels & bikes, and a delicious breakfast. What more could you want?

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Location is perfect, 1 minute from the beach and all the restaurants, yet on a quiet beautiful street. Property is maintained impeccably, including the porches and garden, which are very relaxing. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and free beverages in the pantry made our stay all the more indulging. There are also free beach towels, chairs, and bikes. Hosts Doug and Anne Marie made us feel at home. We hope to return soon!

My husband and I are frequent guests at the Beautiful Queen Victoria Bed & Breakfast in lovely Cape May, NJ. We keep returning to The Queen Victoria because we fell in love with our experience the first time we stayed. It is simply paradise!
The Queen Victoria B&B is 4 beautiful Victorian buildings offering the best Victorian architecture that can be found. The buildings and rooms are beautifully decorated with the best antiques and lovely lace curtains. Each building and room has such great attain to detail. You will find the best Bradbury & Bradbury wallpaper too. The porches are fabulous and are probably our most favorite place to relax.

The staff of The Queen Victoria is some of the nicest people we have ever met. They too extend themselves to help make your stay warm and inviting. The breakfast and tea are absolutely to die for. Breakfast is so comfortable and relaxing. The hot entrees are delectable and comforting. The bread and muffins are scrumptious, and there is something for everyone, even cereals, and fruit. We love it all. Tea time sweet & savories are addicting too.

Doug and Anne Marie were most gracious hosts. We chose to have our small, intimate wedding at the Queen Victoria and Anne Marie made sure it all went as planned – lovely flowers, a scrumptious wedding cake, and a beautiful setting in the Queen Victoria Gardens. If you’re looking for a small wedding venue in the third most popular wedding destination in the US (Cape May), this is your place. The new breakfast/meeting room in the House of Royals was a perfect place for a postnuptial get-together where we enjoyed a toast and luscious chocolate-covered strawberries (homemade at The Queen Victoria, of course) with our wedding guests. We were truly treated like royalty. We have stayed at The Queen Victoria before and we will certainly be back. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the breakfasts were incredible. All the food is homemade and delicious. They even have their own special blend of coffee which our hosts made sure my cup was always full. They take time to get to know their guests and treat you like family.
