The room’s windows not only accentuate the Victorian charm of the building, but they also provide a stunning view of Cape May. From Buckingham, you can see the beach as well as several unique examples of Victorian architecture you can only find her in Cape May.
Brighton
Brighton is named after the fabulously decorated seaside palace in Brighton, England. It’s one of our newest rooms, located on the second floor of Queen’s Cottage, that shares a private entrance with just one other room at the front of the building. Brighton is a standard room with a queen-sized bed, Victorian marble top dresser with mirror, comfortable seating area with a large double window dressed in custom linens, a spacious private bath with large walk-in shower, TV with DVD player, and much more.
The entrance to Brighton’s private bath is located in the hallway, a wonderful privacy feature during romantic getaways. Robes are always provided. For guests traveling with friends and family, we recommend reserving both the Brighton and Whitehall Cape May suites so you can enjoy the entire second floor of Queen’s Cottage as your own. Guests of Brighton also enjoy semi-private use of a shared sun-drenched parlor, kitchen, and pantry.

Prince Arthur boasts The Queen Victoria’s best ocean views. It’s a sun-filled room complete with historic Bradbury & Bradbury wallpaper, a handsome private bath that includes a glass-enclosed shower with marble seat and European style hydro-massage shower.

Chelsea is a bright and charming premium room on the third floor of Prince Albert Hall. Perhaps the most interesting feature of this large room is its original widow walk porch, which is the perfect spot from where to catch a glimpse of the ocean to see what the coming day may bring. Chelsea’s large bathroom offers guests a step-in shower and wonderful quartz vanity with a ton of space for all your toiletries.
